Key Learnings
(+) We recalibrated our budget allocation to allow us to deploy more capital to speed up our workflows, which has been working great!!
(+) Justin is figuring out how to build AI agents more effectively yet easily
(+) We’re reprioritising our efforts to focus on what we do best — case in point is me dedicated 4 hours of my day in the morning to pipeline generation so that we can drive business growth
(-) We’re still too slow in our idea-to-execution speed — the most successful people move FAST, so we need to hone this skill of ours
(-) We haven’t been putting much effort into lead generation, and our pipeline has been suffering as a result, that’s why I’m putting more effort into pipeline generation now
