There are 2 objectives we hope to achieve with this:

Give a behind-the-scenes look into our decision-making process
In the past, whenever things got too busy, we would forget to review our business metrics.
Sometimes, that rolled over into weeks where we did not make a conscious effort to see if we’re moving in the right direction.
On hindsight, those were often the times where we got distracted and failed to focus on the right things to work on.
Now, we want to hold ourselves accountable to this weekly initiative, so that we’re “forced” to review our metrics and align on our next steps.
